How to Send LearnDash Enrollments to ClickUp

ClickUp is a project management tool for organizing work and collaborating. Here is how to pipe LearnDash data straight into ClickUp using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

What you will need

Connect ClickUp to AFI

1. Log in to your ClickUp account.
2. Go to Settings → Apps → API and copy your API Token.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → ClickUp.
4. Paste the Token and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it LearnDash to ClickUp.

2. Pick your trigger

Select LearnDash as the form provider. AFI fires when a student enrolls in a course or completes a lesson, giving you access to student details, course information, and enrollment data.

3. Select ClickUp as the destination

Choose ClickUp from the platform dropdown and pick Create Task. This creates a task in ClickUp.

4. Map fields

Match each ClickUp field on the left to the corresponding LearnDash field on the right. Common mappings include student name, email, course title, and enrollment date. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain enrollments? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Complete a test enrollment in LearnDash. Check ClickUp to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
