How to Send CartFlows Orders to monday.com
monday.com is a project management tool for organizing work and collaborating. If you want CartFlows orders synced to monday.com, you could pay for a cloud automation service. Or you could do it directly from WordPress. This is the direct route.
Why connect directly?
Cloud automation tools like Zapier charge per task and route your data through external servers. AFI processes everything on your WordPress site. No per-order fees, no external dependencies.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with CartFlows installed and configured.
- A monday.com account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect monday.com to AFI
monday.com uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → monday.com, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it CartFlows to monday.com.
2. Pick your trigger
Select CartFlows as the form provider. AFI fires when an order is completed through a flow, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.
3. Select monday.com as the destination
Choose monday.com from the platform dropdown and pick Create Item. This creates an item on a monday.com board.
4. Map fields
Match each monday.com field on the left to the corresponding CartFlows field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your CartFlows store. Check monday.com to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps name and description to monday.com with unlimited orders. Pro adds custom column mapping. No per-order fees on any plan.
Frequently asked questions
Which CartFlows events trigger the integration?
AFI fires when an order is completed through a flow. This covers new orders, customer details, and product information.
Will adding this slow down my checkout?
No. AFI sends data to the destination after the order is processed. Your customers complete checkout normally without any delay.
Can I send orders to multiple platforms?
Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every order flows to all of them simultaneously.
