How to Send CartFlows Orders to Lexoffice
Lexoffice is an accounting platform for managing finances. CartFlows handles an order is completed through a flow on your WordPress site. Lexoffice is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.
Why not just use Zapier?
For connecting accounting, a cloud automation service adds cost and a dependency on an external server. AFI runs on your site with no task limits.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with CartFlows installed and configured.
- A Lexoffice account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect Lexoffice to AFI
Lexoffice uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Lexoffice, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it CartFlows to Lexoffice.
2. Pick your trigger
Select CartFlows as the form provider. AFI fires when an order is completed through a flow, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.
3. Select Lexoffice as the destination
Choose Lexoffice from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in Lexoffice.
4. Map fields
Match each Lexoffice field on the left to the corresponding CartFlows field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your CartFlows store. Check Lexoffice to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps name and email to Lexoffice with unlimited orders. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-order fees on any plan.
Frequently asked questions
Which CartFlows events trigger the integration?
AFI fires when an order is completed through a flow. This covers new orders, customer details, and product information.
Will adding this slow down my checkout?
No. AFI sends data to the destination after the order is processed. Your customers complete checkout normally without any delay.
Can I send orders to multiple platforms?
Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every order flows to all of them simultaneously.
