How to Send CartFlows Orders to Lemlist
Lemlist is a email outreach platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. Here is how to pipe CartFlows order data straight into Lemlist using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.
Skip the automation middleman
Rather than routing order data through a third-party cloud, AFI sends it directly from your WordPress server to email outreach. No task meter, no monthly bill.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with CartFlows installed and configured.
- A Lemlist account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect Lemlist to AFI
- Log in to your Lemlist account.
- Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
- In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Lemlist.
- Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it CartFlows to Lemlist.
2. Pick your trigger
Select CartFlows as the form provider. AFI fires when an order is completed through a flow, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.
3. Select Lemlist as the destination
Choose Lemlist from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This adds a lead to a Lemlist campaign.
4. Map fields
Match each Lemlist field on the left to the corresponding CartFlows field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your CartFlows store. Check Lemlist to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps email, first name, and last name to Lemlist with unlimited orders. Pro adds custom field mapping and campaign selection. No per-order fees on any plan.
Frequently asked questions
Which CartFlows events trigger the integration?
AFI fires when an order is completed through a flow. This covers new orders, customer details, and product information.
Will adding this slow down my checkout?
No. AFI sends data to the destination after the order is processed. Your customers complete checkout normally without any delay.
Can I send orders to multiple platforms?
Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every order flows to all of them simultaneously.
