How to Send CartFlows Orders to Keila

Keila is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. Every CartFlows order should flow into Keila automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

Skip the automation middleman

What you will need

• A WordPress site with CartFlows installed and configured.
• A Keila account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Keila to AFI

Keila uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Keila, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it CartFlows to Keila.

2. Pick your trigger

Select CartFlows as the form provider. AFI fires when an order is completed through a flow, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.

3. Select Keila as the destination

Choose Keila from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This adds a contact to Keila.

4. Map fields

Match each Keila field on the left to the corresponding CartFlows field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your CartFlows store. Check Keila to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
