Meta Conversions API is a advertising platform. FluentCart handles an order is placed on your WordPress site. Meta Conversions API is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

Why not just use Zapier?

For connecting advertising, a cloud automation service adds cost and a dependency on an external server. AFI runs on your site with no task limits.

What you will need

  • A WordPress site with FluentCart installed and configured.
  • A Meta Conversions API account.
  • The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Meta Conversions API to AFI

  1. Get your Meta Pixel ID and Access Token from Meta Events Manager.
  2. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Meta Conversions API.
  3. Enter the Pixel ID and Access Token.
  4. Click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it FluentCart to Meta Conversions API.

2. Pick your trigger

Select FluentCart as the form provider. AFI fires when an order is placed, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.

3. Select Meta Conversions API as the destination

Choose Meta Conversions API from the platform dropdown and pick Send Event. This sends an event via the Meta Conversions API.

4. Map fields

Match each Meta Conversions API field on the left to the corresponding FluentCart field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your FluentCart store. Check Meta Conversions API to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.

Free vs Pro

The free version maps event name, value, and user data to Meta Conversions API with unlimited orders. Pro adds custom parameter mapping. No per-order fees on any plan.

Frequently asked questions
