Less Annoying CRM is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Every FluentCart order should flow into Less Annoying CRM automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

The direct approach

AFI delivers order data straight from WordPress to Less Annoying CRM. No third-party cloud, no per-task fees, and every request is logged for troubleshooting.

What you will need

  • A WordPress site with FluentCart installed and configured.
  • A Less Annoying CRM account.
  • The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Less Annoying CRM to AFI

Less Annoying CRM uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Less Annoying CRM, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it FluentCart to Less Annoying CRM.

2. Pick your trigger

Select FluentCart as the form provider. AFI fires when an order is placed, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.

3. Select Less Annoying CRM as the destination

Choose Less Annoying CRM from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in Less Annoying CRM.

4. Map fields

Match each Less Annoying CRM field on the left to the corresponding FluentCart field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your FluentCart store. Check Less Annoying CRM to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.

Free vs Pro

The free version maps name, email, and phone to Less Annoying CRM with unlimited orders. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-order fees on any plan.

Frequently asked questions

Which FluentCart events trigger the integration?

Will adding this slow down my checkout?

No. AFI sends data to the destination after the order is processed. Your customers complete checkout normally without any delay.

Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every order flows to all of them simultaneously.
