How to Send FluentCart Orders to Dynamics 365 Customer Service
Dynamics 365 Customer Service is a helpdesk platform. FluentCart handles an order is placed on your WordPress site. Dynamics 365 Customer Service is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

What you will need
- A WordPress site with FluentCart installed and configured.

Connect Dynamics 365 Customer Service to AFI
Dynamics 365 Customer Service uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Dynamics 365 Customer Service, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it FluentCart to Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
2. Pick your trigger
Select FluentCart as the form provider. AFI fires when an order is placed, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.
3. Select Dynamics 365 Customer Service as the destination
Choose Dynamics 365 Customer Service from the platform dropdown and pick Create Case. This creates a case in Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
4. Map fields
Match each Dynamics 365 Customer Service field on the left to the corresponding FluentCart field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your FluentCart store. Check Dynamics 365 Customer Service to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
