Curated is a newsletter platform platform. Every FluentCart order should flow into Curated automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

The direct approach

AFI delivers order data straight from WordPress to Curated. No third-party cloud, no per-task fees, and every request is logged for troubleshooting.

What you will need

  • A WordPress site with FluentCart installed and configured.
  • A Curated account.
  • The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Curated to AFI

Curated uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Curated, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it FluentCart to Curated.

2. Pick your trigger

Select FluentCart as the form provider. AFI fires when an order is placed, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.

3. Select Curated as the destination

Choose Curated from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This adds a subscriber to Curated.

4. Map fields

Match each Curated field on the left to the corresponding FluentCart field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your FluentCart store. Check Curated to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.

Free vs Pro

The free version maps email and name to Curated with unlimited orders. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-order fees on any plan.

Frequently asked questions

Which FluentCart events trigger the integration?

AFI fires when an order is placed. This covers new orders, customer details, and product information.

Will adding this slow down my checkout?

No. AFI sends data to the destination after the order is processed. Your customers complete checkout normally without any delay.

Can I send orders to multiple platforms?

Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every order flows to all of them simultaneously.
