CompanyHub is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Every FluentCart order should flow into CompanyHub automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

Skip the automation middleman

Rather than routing order data through a third-party cloud, AFI sends it directly from your WordPress server to CRM. No task meter, no monthly bill.

What you will need

  • A WordPress site with FluentCart installed and configured.
  • A CompanyHub account.
  • The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect CompanyHub to AFI

  1. Log in to your CompanyHub account.
  2. Copy your Subdomain and API Key from settings.
  3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → CompanyHub.
  4. Enter the credentials and click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it FluentCart to CompanyHub.

2. Pick your trigger

Select FluentCart as the form provider. AFI fires when an order is placed, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.

3. Select CompanyHub as the destination

Choose CompanyHub from the platform dropdown and pick Add Record. This creates a record in CompanyHub.

4. Map fields

Match each CompanyHub field on the left to the corresponding FluentCart field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your FluentCart store. Check CompanyHub to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.

Free vs Pro

The free version maps name, email, and phone to CompanyHub with unlimited orders. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-order fees on any plan.

Frequently asked questions

Which FluentCart events trigger the integration?

AFI fires when an order is placed. This covers new orders, customer details, and product information.

Will adding this slow down my checkout?

No. AFI sends data to the destination after the order is processed. Your customers complete checkout normally without any delay.

Can I send orders to multiple platforms?

Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every order flows to all of them simultaneously.
