Audienceful is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. Here is how to pipe FluentCart order data straight into Audienceful using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

Skip the automation middleman

Rather than routing order data through a third-party cloud, AFI sends it directly from your WordPress server to email marketing. No task meter, no monthly bill.

What you will need

  • A WordPress site with FluentCart installed and configured.
  • A Audienceful account.
  • The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Audienceful to AFI

  1. Log in to your Audienceful account.
  2. Copy your API Key from settings.
  3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Audienceful.
  4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it FluentCart to Audienceful.

2. Pick your trigger

Select FluentCart as the form provider. AFI fires when an order is placed, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.

3. Select Audienceful as the destination

Choose Audienceful from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This adds a subscriber to Audienceful.

4. Map fields

Match each Audienceful field on the left to the corresponding FluentCart field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your FluentCart store. Check Audienceful to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.

Free vs Pro

The free version maps email and name to Audienceful with unlimited orders. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-order fees on any plan.

Frequently asked questions

Which FluentCart events trigger the integration?

AFI fires when an order is placed. This covers new orders, customer details, and product information.

Will adding this slow down my checkout?

No. AFI sends data to the destination after the order is processed. Your customers complete checkout normally without any delay.

Can I send orders to multiple platforms?

Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every order flows to all of them simultaneously.
