How to Send SureCart Orders to Zoho Recruit

Zoho Recruit is a recruiting platform. Here is how to pipe SureCart order data straight into Zoho Recruit using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

What you will need

Connect Zoho Recruit to AFI

Zoho Recruit uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Zoho Recruit, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it SureCart to Zoho Recruit.

2. Pick your trigger

Select SureCart as the form provider. AFI fires when a checkout or order is completed, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.

3. Select Zoho Recruit as the destination

Choose Zoho Recruit from the platform dropdown and pick Add Candidate. This adds a candidate in Zoho Recruit.

4. Map fields

Match each Zoho Recruit field on the left to the corresponding SureCart field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your SureCart store. Check Zoho Recruit to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
