How to Send SureCart Orders to Zoho CRM

Zoho CRM is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Every SureCart order should flow into Zoho CRM automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

The direct approach

Connect Zoho CRM to AFI

Zoho CRM uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Zoho CRM, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it SureCart to Zoho CRM.

2. Pick your trigger

Select SureCart as the form provider. AFI fires when a checkout or order is completed, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.

3. Select Zoho CRM as the destination

Choose Zoho CRM from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This creates a lead in Zoho CRM.

4. Map fields

Match each Zoho CRM field on the left to the corresponding SureCart field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your SureCart store. Check Zoho CRM to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
