How to Send SureCart Orders to Zendesk Sell

Zendesk Sell is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Here is how to pipe SureCart order data straight into Zendesk Sell using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

What you will need

Connect Zendesk Sell to AFI

1. Log in to your Zendesk Sell account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Token.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Zendesk Sell.
4. Paste the API Token and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it SureCart to Zendesk Sell.

2. Pick your trigger

3. Select Zendesk Sell as the destination

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your SureCart store. Check Zendesk Sell to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
