How to Send SureCart Orders to Trello

Trello is a project management tool for organizing work and collaborating. SureCart processes a checkout or order is completed beautifully, but sending that data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to Trello.

Connect Trello to AFI

1. Go to trello.com/1/appKey to get your API Key.
2. Authorize and get your API Token.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Trello.
4. Enter the API Key and Token, then click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it SureCart to Trello.

2. Pick your trigger

Select SureCart as the form provider. AFI fires when a checkout or order is completed, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.

3. Select Trello as the destination

Choose Trello from the platform dropdown and pick Create Card. This creates a card on a Trello board.

4. Map fields

Match each Trello field on the left to the corresponding SureCart field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your SureCart store. Check Trello to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
