How to Send SureCart Orders to Sierra Interactive

Sierra Interactive is a real estate CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. SureCart handles a checkout or order is completed on your WordPress site. Sierra Interactive is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

Connect Sierra Interactive to AFI

1. Log in to your Sierra Interactive account.
2. Copy your API Key from settings.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Sierra Interactive.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it SureCart to Sierra Interactive.

2. Pick your trigger

Select SureCart as the form provider. AFI fires when a checkout or order is completed, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.

3. Select Sierra Interactive as the destination

Choose Sierra Interactive from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This creates a lead in Sierra Interactive.

4. Map fields

Match each Sierra Interactive field on the left to the corresponding SureCart field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your SureCart store. Check Sierra Interactive to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
