How to Send SureCart Orders to Shape Software

Shape Software is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Every SureCart order should flow into Shape Software automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

The direct approach

What you will need

• A WordPress site with SureCart installed and configured.

Connect Shape Software to AFI

1. Log in to your Shape Software account.
2. Copy your API Key from settings.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Shape Software.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it SureCart to Shape Software.

2. Pick your trigger

Select SureCart as the form provider. AFI fires when a checkout or order is completed, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.

3. Select Shape Software as the destination

Choose Shape Software from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This creates a lead in Shape Software.

4. Map fields

Match each Shape Software field on the left to the corresponding SureCart field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your SureCart store. Check Shape Software to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
