How to Send SureCart Orders to Sendlane

Sendlane is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. If you want SureCart orders synced to Sendlane, you could pay for a cloud automation service. Or you could do it directly from WordPress. This is the direct route.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with SureCart installed and configured.

Connect Sendlane to AFI

1. Log in to your Sendlane account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key and Hash.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Sendlane.
4. Enter the API Key, Hash, and subdomain, then click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it SureCart to Sendlane.

2. Pick your trigger

Select SureCart as the form provider. AFI fires when a checkout or order is completed, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.

3. Select Sendlane as the destination

Choose Sendlane from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This adds a contact to Sendlane.

4. Map fields

Match each Sendlane field on the left to the corresponding SureCart field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your SureCart store. Check Sendlane to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
