How to Send SureCart Orders to Recruitee

Recruitee is a recruiting platform. Every SureCart order should flow into Recruitee automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

The direct approach

AFI delivers order data straight from WordPress to Recruitee. No third-party cloud, no per-task fees, and every request is logged for troubleshooting.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with SureCart installed and configured.
• A Recruitee account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Recruitee to AFI

Recruitee uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Recruitee, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it SureCart to Recruitee.

2. Pick your trigger

Select SureCart as the form provider. AFI fires when a checkout or order is completed, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.

3. Select Recruitee as the destination

Choose Recruitee from the platform dropdown and pick Add Candidate. This adds a candidate in Recruitee.

4. Map fields

Match each Recruitee field on the left to the corresponding SureCart field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your SureCart store. Check Recruitee to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
