How to Send SureCart Orders to Re:amaze
Re:amaze is a helpdesk platform. If you want SureCart orders synced to Re:amaze, you could pay for a cloud automation service. Or you could do it directly from WordPress. This is the direct route.
Why not just use Zapier?
For connecting helpdesk, a cloud automation service adds cost and a dependency on an external server. AFI runs on your site with no task limits.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with SureCart installed and configured.
- A Re:amaze account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect Re:amaze to AFI
Re:amaze uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Re:amaze, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it SureCart to Re:amaze.
2. Pick your trigger
Select SureCart as the form provider. AFI fires when a checkout or order is completed, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.
3. Select Re:amaze as the destination
Choose Re:amaze from the platform dropdown and pick Create Conversation. This creates a conversation in Re:amaze.
4. Map fields
Match each Re:amaze field on the left to the corresponding SureCart field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your SureCart store. Check Re:amaze to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps subject, message, and email to Re:amaze with unlimited orders. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-order fees on any plan.
Frequently asked questions
Which SureCart events trigger the integration?
AFI fires when a checkout or order is completed. This covers new orders, customer details, and product information.
Will adding this slow down my checkout?
No. AFI sends data to the destination after the order is processed. Your customers complete checkout normally without any delay.
Can I send orders to multiple platforms?
Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every order flows to all of them simultaneously.
