How to Send SureCart Orders to Nutshell

Nutshell is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Here is how to pipe SureCart order data straight into Nutshell using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

Connect Nutshell to AFI

1. Get your Nutshell API credentials.
2. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Nutshell.
3. Enter your email and API Key.
4. Click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it SureCart to Nutshell.

2. Pick your trigger

Select SureCart as the form provider. AFI fires when a checkout or order is completed, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.

3. Select Nutshell as the destination

Choose Nutshell from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This creates a lead in Nutshell.

4. Map fields

Match each Nutshell field on the left to the corresponding SureCart field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your SureCart store. Check Nutshell to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
