How to Send SureCart Orders to LiveChat

LiveChat is a live chat platform. Order events can trigger instant notifications. Every SureCart order should flow into LiveChat automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

Skip the automation middleman

What you will need

• A WordPress site with SureCart installed and configured.
• A LiveChat account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect LiveChat to AFI

LiveChat uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → LiveChat, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it SureCart to LiveChat.

2. Pick your trigger

Select SureCart as the form provider. AFI fires when a checkout or order is completed, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.

3. Select LiveChat as the destination

Choose LiveChat from the platform dropdown and pick Add Customer. This creates a customer in LiveChat.

4. Map fields

Match each LiveChat field on the left to the corresponding SureCart field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your SureCart store. Check LiveChat to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
