How to Send SureCart Orders to Jobber

Jobber is a field service management platform. Every SureCart order should flow into Jobber automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

The direct approach

What you will need

• A WordPress site with SureCart installed and configured.
• A Jobber account.

Connect Jobber to AFI

1. Log in to your Jobber account.
2. Go to Settings → API to get your API credentials.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Jobber.
4. Enter your credentials and authorize the connection.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it SureCart to Jobber.

2. Pick your trigger

Select SureCart as the form provider. AFI fires when a checkout or order is completed, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.

3. Select Jobber as the destination

Choose Jobber from the platform dropdown and pick Create Client. This creates a client in Jobber.

4. Map fields

Match each Jobber field on the left to the corresponding SureCart field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your SureCart store. Check Jobber to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
