How to Send SureCart Orders to Freshsales

Freshsales is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Every SureCart order should flow into Freshsales automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

The direct approach

What you will need

• A WordPress site with SureCart installed and configured.
• A Freshsales account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Freshsales to AFI

1. Log in to your Freshsales account.
2. Copy your Subdomain and API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Freshsales.
4. Enter the credentials and click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it SureCart to Freshsales.

2. Pick your trigger

Select SureCart as the form provider. AFI fires when a checkout or order is completed, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.

3. Select Freshsales as the destination

Choose Freshsales from the platform dropdown and pick Create Lead. This creates a lead in Freshsales.

4. Map fields

Match each Freshsales field on the left to the corresponding SureCart field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your SureCart store. Check Freshsales to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
