Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it SureCart to EngageBay.
2. Pick your trigger
Select SureCart as the form provider. AFI fires when a checkout or order is completed, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.
3. Select EngageBay as the destination
Choose EngageBay from the platform dropdown and pick Create Contact. This creates a contact in EngageBay.
4. Map fields
Match each EngageBay field on the left to the corresponding SureCart field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your SureCart store. Check EngageBay to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps name, email, and phone to EngageBay with unlimited orders. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-order fees on any plan.
Frequently asked questions
Which SureCart events trigger the integration?
AFI fires when a checkout or order is completed. This covers new orders, customer details, and product information.
Will adding this slow down my checkout?
No. AFI sends data to the destination after the order is processed. Your customers complete checkout normally without any delay.
Can I send orders to multiple platforms?
Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every order flows to all of them simultaneously.
