How to Send SureCart Orders to CompanyHub

CompanyHub is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Every SureCart order should flow into CompanyHub automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

Skip the automation middleman

What you will need

• A WordPress site with SureCart installed and configured.
• A CompanyHub account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect CompanyHub to AFI

1. Log in to your CompanyHub account.
2. Copy your Subdomain and API Key from settings.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → CompanyHub.
4. Enter the credentials and click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it SureCart to CompanyHub.

2. Pick your trigger

Select SureCart as the form provider. AFI fires when a checkout or order is completed, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.

3. Select CompanyHub as the destination

Choose CompanyHub from the platform dropdown and pick Add Record. This creates a record in CompanyHub.

4. Map fields

Match each CompanyHub field on the left to the corresponding SureCart field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your SureCart store. Check CompanyHub to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
