How to Send SureCart Orders to Calendly

Calendly is a appointment scheduling platform. Every SureCart order should flow into Calendly automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

Skip the automation middleman

What you will need

• A WordPress site with SureCart installed and configured.
• A Calendly account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Calendly to AFI

Calendly uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Calendly, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it SureCart to Calendly.

2. Pick your trigger

Select SureCart as the form provider. AFI fires when a checkout or order is completed, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.

3. Select Calendly as the destination

Choose Calendly from the platform dropdown and pick Create Event. This creates an event in Calendly.

4. Map fields

Match each Calendly field on the left to the corresponding SureCart field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your SureCart store. Check Calendly to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
