How to Send Easy Digital Downloads Orders to SuiteDash

Connect SuiteDash to AFI

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

3. Select SuiteDash as the destination

Choose SuiteDash from the platform dropdown and pick Add Company and Contact. This creates a company and linked contact in SuiteDash.

4. Map fields

Match each SuiteDash field on the left to the corresponding Easy Digital Downloads field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain purchases? Set up a conditional rule. For example, only sync completed payments or specific products.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test purchase in your Easy Digital Downloads store. Check SuiteDash to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
