How to Send Breakdance Forms Submissions to SendX

SendX is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. Breakdance Forms lets you design forms with a drag-and-drop interface, but sending data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to SendX.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Breakdance Forms installed and at least one form.
• A SendX account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect SendX to AFI

SendX uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → SendX, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Breakdance Forms to SendX.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Breakdance Forms as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select SendX as the destination

Choose SendX from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This adds a subscriber to SendX.

4. Map fields

Match each SendX field on the left to the corresponding Breakdance Forms field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your Breakdance Forms form and submit. Check SendX to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
