How to Send Beaver Builder Form Submissions to Webhook

Connect Webhook to AFI

Webhook uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Webhook, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Beaver Builder Form to Webhook.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Beaver Builder Form as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Webhook as the destination

Choose Webhook from the platform dropdown and pick Send Webhook. This sends an HTTP POST to a webhook URL.

4. Map fields

Match each Webhook field on the left to the corresponding Beaver Builder Form field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

6. Save and test
