How to Send Beaver Builder Form Submissions to Flamingo

Flamingo is a WordPress platform. Beaver Builder Form makes it easy to build WordPress forms. Beaver Builder Form is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

Why not just use Zapier?

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Beaver Builder Form installed and at least one form.
• A Flamingo account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Flamingo to AFI

Flamingo uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Flamingo, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Beaver Builder Form to Flamingo.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Beaver Builder Form as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Flamingo as the destination

Choose Flamingo from the platform dropdown and pick Save Message. This saves a form submission in Flamingo.

4. Map fields

Match each Flamingo field on the left to the corresponding Beaver Builder Form field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your Beaver Builder Form form and submit. Check Flamingo to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
