How to Send Avada Forms Submissions to Knack
Knack is a database platform. If you want Avada Forms data in Knack, you could pay for a cloud automation service. Or you could do it directly from WordPress. This is the direct route.
Why not just use Zapier?
For connecting your forms to database, a cloud automation service adds cost and a dependency on an external server. AFI runs on your site with no task limits.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with Avada Forms installed and at least one form.
- A Knack account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect Knack to AFI
- Log in to your Knack account.
- Copy your App ID and API Key.
- In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Knack.
- Enter the credentials and click Save.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Avada Forms to Knack.
2. Pick your trigger
Select Avada Forms as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.
3. Select Knack as the destination
Choose Knack from the platform dropdown and pick Add Record. This creates a record in a Knack app.
4. Map fields
Match each Knack field on the left to the corresponding Avada Forms field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Fill out your Avada Forms form and submit. Check Knack to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps standard app fields to Knack with unlimited submissions. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-submission fees on any plan.
