How to Send Avada Forms Submissions to Klaviyo

Klaviyo is a platform platform. Getting Avada Forms submissions into Klaviyo does not require external tools. Advanced Form Integration handles it natively, and this guide covers every step.

What you will need

Connect Klaviyo to AFI

Klaviyo uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Klaviyo, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Avada Forms to Klaviyo.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Avada Forms as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Klaviyo as the destination

Choose Klaviyo from the platform dropdown and pick Add Record. This creates a record in Klaviyo.

4. Map fields

Match each Klaviyo field on the left to the corresponding Avada Forms field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your Avada Forms form and submit. Check Klaviyo to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
