How to Send Happy Forms Submissions to Zoom Webinar

Zoom Webinar is a webinar platform for hosting online events and sessions. Here is how to pipe Happy Forms submissions straight into Zoom Webinar using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

What you will need

Connect Zoom Webinar to AFI

Zoom Webinar uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Zoom Webinar, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Happy Forms to Zoom Webinar.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Happy Forms as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Zoom Webinar as the destination

Choose Zoom Webinar from the platform dropdown and pick Register for Webinar. This registers a contact for a Zoom Webinar.

4. Map fields

Match each Zoom Webinar field on the left to the corresponding Happy Forms field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed
