How to Send Happy Forms Submissions to Sierra Interactive
Sierra Interactive is a real estate CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Happy Forms lets you create powerful forms, but sending data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to Sierra Interactive.
Why not just use Zapier?
For connecting your forms to real estate CRM, a cloud automation service adds cost and a dependency on an external server. AFI runs on your site with no task limits.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with Happy Forms installed and at least one form.
- A Sierra Interactive account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect Sierra Interactive to AFI
- Log in to your Sierra Interactive account.
- Copy your API Key from settings.
- In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Sierra Interactive.
- Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration

4. Map fields
Match each Sierra Interactive field on the left to the corresponding Happy Forms field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Fill out your Happy Forms form and submit. Check Sierra Interactive to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps name, email, and phone to Sierra Interactive with unlimited submissions. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-submission fees on any plan.
