How to Send Happy Forms Submissions to ServiceTitan

ServiceTitan is a field service management platform. Here is how to pipe Happy Forms submissions straight into ServiceTitan using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

Skip the automation middleman

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Happy Forms installed and at least one form.
• A ServiceTitan account.

Connect ServiceTitan to AFI

1. Contact your ServiceTitan account manager for API access.
2. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → ServiceTitan.
3. Enter the client ID and secret.
4. Click Save and authorize the connection.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Happy Forms to ServiceTitan.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Happy Forms as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select ServiceTitan as the destination

Choose ServiceTitan from the platform dropdown and pick Add Customer. This creates a customer in ServiceTitan.

4. Map fields

Match each ServiceTitan field on the left to the corresponding Happy Forms field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your Happy Forms form and submit. Check ServiceTitan to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
