How to Send Happy Forms Submissions to Enormail

Enormail is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. Here is how to pipe Happy Forms submissions straight into Enormail using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

Connect Enormail to AFI

Enormail uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Enormail, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Happy Forms to Enormail.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Happy Forms as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Enormail as the destination

Choose Enormail from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This adds a subscriber to Enormail.

4. Map fields

Match each Enormail field on the left to the corresponding Happy Forms field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your Happy Forms form and submit. Check Enormail to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
