How to Send Everest Forms Submissions to Teamwork

Teamwork is a project management tool for organizing work and collaborating. Every Everest Forms submission should flow into Teamwork automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

The direct approach

AFI delivers form data straight from WordPress to Teamwork. No third-party cloud, no per-task fees, and every request is logged for troubleshooting.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Everest Forms installed and at least one form.
• A Teamwork account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Teamwork to AFI

Teamwork uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Teamwork, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Everest Forms to Teamwork.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Everest Forms as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Teamwork as the destination

Choose Teamwork from the platform dropdown and pick Create Task. This creates a task in Teamwork.

4. Map fields

Match each Teamwork field on the left to the corresponding Everest Forms field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your Everest Forms form and submit. Check Teamwork to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
