How to Send Everest Forms Submissions to SendPulse

SendPulse is a multi-channel marketing platform. Every Everest Forms submission should flow into SendPulse automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

The direct approach

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Everest Forms installed and at least one form.
• A SendPulse account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect SendPulse to AFI

SendPulse uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → SendPulse, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Everest Forms to SendPulse.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Everest Forms as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select SendPulse as the destination

Choose SendPulse from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This adds a subscriber to SendPulse.

4. Map fields

Match each SendPulse field on the left to the corresponding Everest Forms field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your Everest Forms form and submit. Check SendPulse to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
