How to Send Everest Forms Submissions to PandaDoc

PandaDoc is a document automation platform. If you want Everest Forms data in PandaDoc, you could pay for a cloud automation service. Or you could do it directly from WordPress. This is the direct route.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Everest Forms installed and at least one form.
• A PandaDoc account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect PandaDoc to AFI

1. Log in to your PandaDoc account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → PandaDoc.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Everest Forms to PandaDoc.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Everest Forms as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select PandaDoc as the destination

Choose PandaDoc from the platform dropdown and pick Create Document. This creates a document in PandaDoc.

4. Map fields

Match each PandaDoc field on the left to the corresponding Everest Forms field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your Everest Forms form and submit. Check PandaDoc to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
