How to Send Everest Forms Submissions to Mindbody

Mindbody is a business management platform. Everest Forms makes it easy to build WordPress forms. Everest Forms is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

Why not just use Zapier?

For connecting your forms to business management, a cloud automation service adds cost and a dependency on an external server. AFI runs on your site with no task limits.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Everest Forms installed and at least one form.
• A Mindbody account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Mindbody to AFI

1. Log in to your Mindbody developer account.
2. Copy your API Key and Site ID.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Mindbody.
4. Enter the credentials and click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Everest Forms to Mindbody.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Everest Forms as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Mindbody as the destination

Choose Mindbody from the platform dropdown and pick Add Client. This creates a client in Mindbody.

4. Map fields

Match each Mindbody field on the left to the corresponding Everest Forms field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your Everest Forms form and submit. Check Mindbody to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
