How to Send Everest Forms Submissions to Mailmodo

Mailmodo is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. Everest Forms lets you create powerful forms, but sending data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to Mailmodo.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Everest Forms installed and at least one form.
• A Mailmodo account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Mailmodo to AFI

1. Log in to your Mailmodo account.
2. Copy your API Key from settings.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Mailmodo.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Everest Forms to Mailmodo.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Everest Forms as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Mailmodo as the destination

Choose Mailmodo from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This adds a contact to Mailmodo.

4. Map fields

Match each Mailmodo field on the left to the corresponding Everest Forms field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your Everest Forms form and submit. Check Mailmodo to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
