How to Send Everest Forms Submissions to Copper CRM

Copper CRM is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. If you want Everest Forms data in Copper CRM, you could pay for a cloud automation service. Or you could do it directly from WordPress. This is the direct route.

What you will need

Connect Copper CRM to AFI

1. Log in to your Copper CRM account.
2. Go to Settings → Integrations → API Keys and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Copper.
4. Enter your email and API Key, then click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Everest Forms to Copper CRM.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Everest Forms as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Copper CRM as the destination

Choose Copper CRM from the platform dropdown and pick Create Person. This creates a person in Copper CRM.

4. Map fields

Match each Copper CRM field on the left to the corresponding Everest Forms field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your Everest Forms form and submit. Check Copper CRM to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
