How to Send WooCommerce Orders to Zoom Webinar

Connect Zoom Webinar to AFI

Zoom Webinar uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Zoom Webinar, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it WooCommerce to Zoom Webinar.

2. Pick your trigger

Select WooCommerce as the form provider. AFI fires when an order status changes, giving you access to customer details, billing and shipping addresses, line items, totals, and payment method.

3. Select Zoom Webinar as the destination

Choose Zoom Webinar from the platform dropdown and pick Register for Webinar. This registers a contact for a Zoom Webinar.

4. Map fields

Match each Zoom Webinar field on the left to the corresponding WooCommerce order field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, phone, billing address, order total, and product details. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule. For example, only sync orders above a specific total, or only completed orders.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your WooCommerce store. Check Zoom Webinar to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
