How to Send WooCommerce Orders to Zoho CRM
Zoho CRM is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. If you want WooCommerce orders synced to Zoho CRM, you could pay for a cloud automation service. Or you could do it directly from WordPress. This is the direct route.
Why not just use Zapier?
For connecting WooCommerce to CRM, a cloud automation service adds cost and a dependency on an external server. AFI runs on your site with no task limits.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with WooCommerce installed and configured.
- A Zoho CRM account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect Zoho CRM to AFI
Zoho CRM uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Zoho CRM, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it WooCommerce to Zoho CRM.
2. Pick your trigger
Select WooCommerce as the form provider. AFI fires when an order status changes, giving you access to customer details, billing and shipping addresses, line items, totals, and payment method.
3. Select Zoho CRM as the destination
Choose Zoho CRM from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This creates a lead in Zoho CRM.
4. Map fields
Match each Zoho CRM field on the left to the corresponding WooCommerce order field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, phone, billing address, order total, and product details. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule. For example, only sync orders above a specific total, or only completed orders.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your WooCommerce store. Check Zoho CRM to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps name, email, and phone to Zoho CRM with unlimited orders. Pro adds custom field mapping and lead assignment. No per-order fees on any plan.
Frequently asked questions
Which WooCommerce events trigger the integration?
AFI fires when an order status changes (for example, pending to processing, or processing to completed). This covers new orders, successful payments, refunds, and cancellations.
Will adding this slow down my checkout?
No. AFI sends data to the destination after the order is processed. Your customers complete checkout normally without any delay.
Can I send orders to multiple platforms?
Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every order flows to all of them simultaneously.
