How to Send WooCommerce Orders to Velocify

Velocify is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Here is how to pipe WooCommerce order data straight into Velocify using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

Connect Velocify to AFI

Velocify uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Velocify, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it WooCommerce to Velocify.

2. Pick your trigger

Select WooCommerce as the form provider. AFI fires when an order status changes, giving you access to customer details, billing and shipping addresses, line items, totals, and payment method.

3. Select Velocify as the destination

Choose Velocify from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This creates a lead in Velocify.

4. Map fields

Match each Velocify field on the left to the corresponding WooCommerce order field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, phone, billing address, order total, and product details. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule. For example, only sync orders above a specific total, or only completed orders.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your WooCommerce store. Check Velocify to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
