How to Send WooCommerce Orders to Nimble

Nimble is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. If you want WooCommerce orders synced to Nimble, you could pay for a cloud automation service. Or you could do it directly from WordPress. This is the direct route.

What you will need

Connect Nimble to AFI

1. Log in to your Nimble account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Token.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Nimble.
4. Paste the API Token and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it WooCommerce to Nimble.

2. Pick your trigger

Select WooCommerce as the form provider. AFI fires when an order status changes, giving you access to customer details, billing and shipping addresses, line items, totals, and payment method.

3. Select Nimble as the destination

Choose Nimble from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in Nimble.

4. Map fields

Match each Nimble field on the left to the corresponding WooCommerce order field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, phone, billing address, order total, and product details. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule. For example, only sync orders above a specific total, or only completed orders.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your WooCommerce store. Check Nimble to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
