How to Send WooCommerce Orders to Kirim.Email

Kirim.Email is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. WooCommerce captures orders beautifully, but sending that data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to Kirim.Email. Here is the full setup.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with WooCommerce installed and configured.

Connect Kirim.Email to AFI

1. Log in to your Kirim.Email account.
2. Copy your API Key from settings.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Kirim.Email.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it WooCommerce to Kirim.Email.

2. Pick your trigger

Select WooCommerce as the form provider. AFI fires when an order status changes, giving you access to customer details, billing and shipping addresses, line items, totals, and payment method.

3. Select Kirim.Email as the destination

Choose Kirim.Email from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This adds a subscriber to Kirim.Email.

4. Map fields

Match each Kirim.Email field on the left to the corresponding WooCommerce order field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, phone, billing address, order total, and product details. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule. For example, only sync orders above a specific total, or only completed orders.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your WooCommerce store. Check Kirim.Email to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
