How to Send WooCommerce Orders to Crisp

Crisp is a live chat platform. Order events can trigger instant notifications. If you want WooCommerce orders synced to Crisp, you could pay for a cloud automation service. Or you could do it directly from WordPress. This is the direct route.

Connect Crisp to AFI

Crisp uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Crisp, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it WooCommerce to Crisp.

2. Pick your trigger

Select WooCommerce as the form provider. AFI fires when an order status changes, giving you access to customer details, billing and shipping addresses, line items, totals, and payment method.

3. Select Crisp as the destination

Choose Crisp from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in Crisp.

4. Map fields

Match each Crisp field on the left to the corresponding WooCommerce order field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, phone, billing address, order total, and product details. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule. For example, only sync orders above a specific total, or only completed orders.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your WooCommerce store. Check Crisp to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
