How to Send WooCommerce Orders to CiviCRM

CiviCRM is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Every WooCommerce order should flow into CiviCRM automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

Connect CiviCRM to AFI

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

3. Select CiviCRM as the destination

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule. For example, only sync orders above a specific total, or only completed orders.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your WooCommerce store. Check CiviCRM to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
